Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required.
- 3-5 years of Sales experience preferably within the title and/or mortgage/banking brokerage industries.
- Equivalent combination of education and experience.
- The employee must have high level of interpersonal skills as the position continually requires demonstrated poise, initiative, tact, and diplomacy.
- This individual must be able to interact and communicate with individuals at all levels of the organization.
- This work requires continual attention to detail in meeting deadlines and understanding priorities.
- This individual must be personally equipped to work in a fast paced environment with a demonstrated ability to juggle multiple competing tasks and demands.
- Must be a self-starter and able to take initiative. A high level of urgency is critical for success. Proven ability in creating new business and client relationships is a must.
- Title Producer’s license required
Job Description: The individual executes sales strategy programs, initiating contact with existing and potential corporate customers and clients. The person demonstrates the unique capabilities of the myClosingSPACE.com programs. He/she qualifies customers, identifies customer needs, makes presentations with the objective of meeting sales objectives.
- Maintains a proactive sales contact with potential customers; provides continuous follow-up with all assigned accounts.
- Provides sales presentations in-person as well as via telephone conversations and website management with customers and prospects.
- Maintains, manages and controls multiple opportunities with customers and prospects.
- Generates lead sources which will develop and expand the customer base.
- Works closely with sales management team and marketing staff to initiate marketing strategies that support the sales objectives of myClosingSPACE.com.
- Prepares and monitors weekly, monthly and quarterly sales forecasts to facilitate the achievement of sales goals.
